what is your return policy?
Because each item is made-to-order just for you, I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. That said, if there’s a quality issue or something isn’t right, please email me at hello@sonicbloomgoods.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and I will happily make it right.
how do i care for my products?

Machine wash in cold on gentle cycle, hang to dry or tumble dry on LOW.
mugs
Dishwasher and microwave-safe!
art prints
If the print gets dusty, you can wipe it off gently with a clean, dry cloth. Store flat or rolled in a sturdy tube. Avoid direct sunlight to prevent fading over time.
can i cancel or change my order?
Email hello@sonicbloomgoods.com within 1 hour of purchase. I do my best to catch changes, but requests outside business hours (Mon–Fri, 9–5 EST) aren’t guaranteed.

International: free for orders over $200, calculated rate for orders under $200, delivery times vary by location — most orders arrive in 7–20 business days
when will my order ship?
All my items are made-to-order, just for you! Please allow 2-8 business days for your order to be produced and shipped out. This unfortunately cannot be expedited.
where do you ship from?
Blankets are shipped from North Carolina, US. Art prints and mugs are shipped from a global production network, and your order will be shipped from the printer closest to your location.
my package is lost, what should i do?
If you can’t find your package and it has been marked as delivered, please check with neighbours. If there is still no luck, email hello@sonicbloomgoods.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it!
will i be charged duties or taxes?
Customs duties and fees are the responsibility of the recipient. International shipments are subject to duties and fees that vary by country and are based on the value of your order. The amount calculated depends on the destination country's tax and valuation method. Even if your international order qualifies for free shipping, you may still be charged customs duties and fees.
